We are working hard to reduce the loss of fish on the pool. We are very pleased that the Environment Agency has stepped in to help and work in partnership with us to help recover the oxygen levels. The big jet pump is on and hopefully will vastly improve the situation. We apologise to the local residents near the pool for any noise as we are trying to keep this to a minimum. We are operating through the night as this is the time when the oxygen crashes and becomes dangerous. It is very important to protect the pools aquatic wildlife.
The pool will be closed for fishing and will take some time to get it back to normal. We will keep you updated.
Thanks goes to the bailiff team and Dave Carrington and the Environment Agency Team for you hard work and assistance.
